One Inventory

The challenge

The inventory is the system FiveM server owners replace most. The usual options force admins to edit config files for every item and shop, break when a framework updates, and turn switching from an old inventory into a weekend of manual work. Owners kept switching because nothing took those reasons away.

What we built

One Inventory takes on each of those reasons directly:

• Items, weapons, shops and stashes set up in-game through an admin panel, without touching a single file
• An import tool that moves stashes, glove boxes, trunks and player inventories over from the old system
• Works with ESX, QBCore and QBox, the three big FiveM frameworks, plus the popular ox_lib, ox_target and qb-target
• Your own look: colours, sounds, fonts and slot behaviour
• 0.00 ms server load when idle, protection against duplicated items, and every action checked by the server
• Weekly updates and a public roadmap

The in-game screens are built in Vue with Tailwind CSS. Licences and support run through the One Studios Discord Bot, including an AI assistant that answers questions straight from the documentation, and the product is sold through the One Studios store.

The result

Sold at onestudios.gg under the line "the one you stop replacing", with a Discord community of more than 1,000 members around it.

Setting everything up in-game removed the main reason server owners kept switching, which is exactly what the product was designed to do.
