The challenge
Selling more than 150 scripts to thousands of server owners means the same questions arrive every day: how do I install this, what does this setting do, which versions does it work with? Answering them one ticket at a time does not scale, and buyers who cannot find an answer quietly stop buying.
What we built
A documentation site of our own, separate from the store but part of the same family:
- Installation guides, setting references and examples for every product
- Search across everything, so a customer finds the answer faster than a ticket gets picked up
- The public documentation of fmLib, so other developers can build on our free toolkit
- A version of all documentation that AI tools can read, so AI assistants can answer from it as well
The result
The site answers the questions that used to fill the support queue, before they become tickets. It is a big part of why reviews keep saying installation takes minutes: the answer to almost every setup question is one search away, day and night.
